What I Offer

Treatments

Three traditions of touch and presence, each with its own approach, all delivered with care and within scope of practice.

Sessions are tailored, not templated. We may use a single treatment from start to finish, or weave two or three together depending on what your body is asking for. Below is an overview of each tradition and the specialised protocols available within it.

Bare feet on moss with forget-me-nots — grounding through reflexology
Treatment 01

Therapeutic Reflexology

Therapeutic reflexology is a regulated, whole-body treatment based on the principle that reflex maps on the feet, the hands, the face and the ears correspond to systems and structures throughout the body. Research, including a review of 168 studies compiled by Kunz & Kunz, has shown that reflexology can stimulate circulation and help calm the nervous system, inviting the body's own balancing mechanisms to engage.

Unlike a relaxation foot massage, therapeutic reflexology is informed by anatomy, physiology, and pathology. A session begins with a thorough health history and presenting concerns, and the treatment plan is shaped by what your body and life are asking for.

People often come to reflexology when dealing with stress, unsettled sleep, digestive discomfort, hormonal changes, headaches, or the tiredness that can follow illness. No referral is needed. If you are working with a doctor, reflexology complements that care rather than replacing it.

Foot Reflexology

The foundation of the practice. Comprehensive reflex work on the feet to support whole-body wellbeing. A typical entry point for new clients.

Facial Reflexology

A gentle, deeply restful treatment working reflex points on the face. Clients often choose it when they carry tension in the jaw, head and face, or simply want a profoundly calming hour. Many describe it as one of the most restful treatments they have had.

Menopause Reflexology

A dedicated session for women moving through perimenopause and menopause, and the one session that works the feet, the hands and the face in one treatment. It focuses on reflex points associated with the endocrine system, the nervous system and circulation, and is designed to support comfort and wellbeing through this transition. If you are working with a doctor, it complements that care rather than replacing it.

Vacuflex & Meridian Therapy

A clinically advanced approach that combines vacuum-suction boots and pads with the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The boots gently stimulate every reflex on both feet at once; the pads are then placed along key meridians to support energetic flow. Particularly useful for chronic complaints, lymphatic stagnation, and conditions where deeper systemic support is needed.

Auricular (Ear) Therapy

The ear contains a complete map of the body, with every organ and structure mirrored at a specific point on the outer ear. Auricular therapy uses precise pressure (and, where appropriate, ear seeds) on these points. It is applied for pain, anxiety, sleep and hormonal balance, among other indications, and I use it on its own or woven into another session whenever it is appropriate for you.

Bowen therapy session
Treatment 02

Bowen Therapy

Bowen therapy is a gentle, fascia-led treatment developed by Tom Bowen in Australia. The work consists of a series of small, precise rolling moves over muscle, tendon, and fascia, interspersed with deliberate pauses (sometimes minutes long) that give the nervous system time to integrate the input.

What looks like very little is the heart of the method. The pauses are part of the work, intended to give the autonomic nervous system time to shift gears so the body can let go of bracing. Many clients describe a deep sense of rest during a session, the kind that's rarely available elsewhere.

Bowen is commonly applied for musculoskeletal pain (back, neck, shoulders, hips, knees), frozen shoulder, sciatic-type pain, post-injury recovery, TMJ tension, respiratory complaints and stress-related conditions, among many others. Bowen can be done on its own, or alongside care from your doctor or physiotherapist. How can Bowen help with a frozen shoulder or lower back pain?

Sessions are done fully clothed. How many sessions are helpful varies from person to person, and we'll talk it through after your first visit.

Reiki session
Treatment 03

Reiki

Reiki is a Japanese practice of light touch (or hands hovering just above the body) that supports rest, emotional regulation, and the sense of being held. It does not diagnose or treat medical conditions. It offers a sustained invitation for the nervous system to settle and for the body to rest.

I weave Reiki into reflexology and Bowen sessions when the body is asking for it, and I also offer it as a stand-alone session for clients navigating grief, anxiety, burnout, life transitions, or who simply need a deeply restful hour.

People often come to Reiki during times of overwhelm, grief or burnout, when sleep is unsettled, or simply for an hour of deep rest. It can be a gentle complement to ongoing medical care.

In Practice

What a session looks like.

01 · Before

New clients complete a confidential intake form online. We use it to shape your first session. No detail is too small.

02 · During

A first visit runs 90 minutes (about 30 of consultation, 60 of treatment). Follow-up sessions are typically 60 minutes. You stay clothed throughout for Bowen and Reiki; reflexology requires only bare feet.

03 · After

You'll receive simple aftercare guidance: hydration, rest, and any home reflex points to support integration. A short check-in follows each new client's first session.
